Commissioning and after-sales-service has always been our strong point.

We started with an application / process oriented equipment like Vacuum Dewatering System and later continued on to Slipform Paver for kerb laying, mortar spraying/shotcreting machine etc. For such equipments, effective use of machine largely depends upon understanding the entire process and it's prerequisites in addition to the mechanical functioning.

In view of such requirements, we have made our service crew capable of providing an “overall assistance” than mere “technical service” as a part of customer support.

We ensure that our service crew is proficient in dealing with all machines offered by us, whether they are manufactured in India or imported from our overseas Principals. Our engineers and technicians attending to imported machines are fully trained to undertake operation as well as preventive and break-down maintenance.

In most cases, we ensure that the repairs are carried out at the job site. This assistance helps keeping the downtime to a minimum and reducing uncalled for expenditure. In fact, we have always kept available service units of major aggregates like gear box, custom-built electric motors in addition to a complete service machine in certain cases.
